An easy way to tell if your psychic / spiritual energies are in tune

yes! I can always tell when lightening is about to strike too....my skin gets all tingly and the tiny hairs on my arm stand up! lol
I don't know if I'd relate that to anything paranormal or spiritual though.

LOL.... Just today, I was feeling a bit down and my head started to hurt a bit and then came the thunder storm.
And during the storm I just felt liberated and started to dance happily with the music that was on my tracklist.

I haven't made the connection until now.

I will be paying attention to it in the future as well.

Yes, I do know what you mean. I think the strangest thing that happened during a thuderstorm was a sudden increase in my own kenetic energy. I have always affected electrical things around me, but this was something, even for me. I was turning my VCR off and on just by walking by it. Everytime I would go by it would either turn off or on. I could just stand three feet away and wave my hand and it would either go off or on. It was like being Samantha on "Bewitched". I got tired of it doing that and ended up unplugging it for a while. It only happened that one time, and it was during a thunderstorm....very freaky though.

I was going to post this earlier....thought people would think I was crazy. I have had this so bad for the past three weeks and I thought it was just a fluke.
I get so much energy that I have to do something...at the same time I am really deep thinking mode.
There is something else going on with me and I hope that others are experiencing this....I usuaslly do not dream or even remember dreaming.....
I have been remembering all of them....
Usually about relatives that have past or a warning....!
During the day I get what I would like to call "premonitions" that usually come to pass before the next day and it is really starting to scare me.
Is anyone esle out there getting this?

i know when my guitar is in tune. i cant play outta tune. and that's how i live. i am going stark ravin mad in this out of tune world, it is so grotesque!!
