Why don't the just arrest every smoker on the continent?
The very least they can do is to stop overtaxing it everytime they want money for something.
The only reason that governments come down so hard on smokers is because smokers will at least try to obey the law.
This is not true of alcholics or drug users who drive cars and kill people.
It is also not true of all the gang members in the country and it is most certainly not true of all the illegals in the country.
So they have to look like they are actually doing something for the money they get paid and smokers are a far easier target than anyone else except the fatties -- and they are next. |

When I was a kid (a long time ago when we were free), both of my parents smoked in the car. It did us no harm. All three of us grey-haired panthers are still alive and kicking!
