Project Blue Beam Update

We are surrounded by advertising these days, I’m not sure most of us are even aware of how pervasive it has grown, but how much is too much? What if we were walking down the street and suddenly had an audio advertisement beamed into our head, would that be too much? Well it appears to be happening in a Soho neighborhood as the new A&E show, Paranormal State, prepares for it’s debut. Commercial Alert A billboard has been created using a technology manufactured by Holosonic that transmits an “audio spotlight” from a rooftop speaker so that the sound is contained within the cranium, creating a voice inside the head of those who pass.

As I was reading about this new advertising gimmick I had to laugh when I discovered that the tech-driven firm that brought this goodie to fruition on the street in Soho is called Blue Blast Media. Media Daily I laughed due to the interesting similarity between the names Blue Beam and Blue Blast. Project Blue Beam is a conspiracy theory gem; it was birthed in the 1970s when Wernher Von Braun, former director of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, told his assistant that the government had a nefarious plot planned for a faked alien invasion. Throughout the years others have picked up and expounded on this idea and one of those theories states that during this hoaxed invasion voices will be beamed directly into people’s mind, driving them to the brink of madness. Other ideas rumored to be part of the project include a faked rapture, holograms of spiritual leaders like Jesus, Mohamed and Buddha appearing to descend from the heavens, and a holographic space show called the Night of a Thousand Stars convincing us that the stars are falling and the UFOs are landing.

I wrote an article on Blue Beam a few months back (Faked Rapture and Project Blue Beam) and I wondered if it was possible to create a voice in another’s mind and lo and behold, it is now an advertising tool. When I first read of Blue Beam I was both disgusted and intrigued, the idea that so many could be manipulated and deceived on such a basic and personal level, using our fears, our minds, our faith and our perceptions against us, seemed the darkest of evil. The goal of this foul undertaking would be to frighten the masses into submission, to ease the passage of weaponizing space, to create one religion as we join together to fight the outside invaders, to implement martial law as people panic and basically, to keep the sheep on the path.

Some say the technology of creating voices inside the heads of our enemies has been practiced in various underhanded government agencies for years and now that the technology is being sold in the corporate worlds to companies like Kraft Foods and Time Warner, I think it is time we take notice. Audio Spotlight I accept the fact that billboards and advertising are everywhere, unless, of course, I am spending a day in the woods. I have accepted the incessant commercials on the radio and television and product placement in movies and sitcoms, but come on; our heads should not be used as a billboard. Where does the right of advertisers end and my right of privacy, especially to my personal headspace, begin.


Instead of using this technology to benefit humanity, like allowing the deaf to hear, our fearless leaders are allowing the use of this invasion of the senses and manipulation of reality and thought as a tool to sell product. And as more corporate entities begin using this technology how soon will it be before the masses truly are driven to the brink of madness? Doesn’t the intrusion of that personal, quiet place in our minds constitute some form of torture? Do we not, as individuals, hold the deed to that space above our shoulders?

Blue Beam or not, it appears as time moves forward we may have to learn not to trust what we hear in our heads and we may also have to learn not to trust what we see with our eyes. It seems Target is producing modeless fashion shows, as three-dimensional, disembodied clothes cavort down the catwalk. Business Week And many other corporations are jumping on the hologram bandwagon, including GM, Land Rover, General Electric and Adidas. In January of this year, Toyota showed a holographic image of full size automobile spinning in mid air at a trade show, complete with a crash test dummy driver. Media Soon So, besides lining the pocket of big business, I wonder how far away we are from this technology being used to control us in other ways.

One more aspect needed to complete the Blue Beam scenario of world wide, mind blowing holograms are lasers being placed in space and in 2000 the Air Force awarded a $97 million contract to three companies: TRW Space & Electronics Group, Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space Operations and Boeing Space & Communications Group to accomplish that task. Space I have to say I got another chuckle when I read one location that was being considered for a new laser test facility was none other than Mr. Von Braun’s old stomping grounds, Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

In an interesting article by Jeff Rense, a young man by the name of John Lenard Walson has developed the means to achieve amazing optical resolutions with a small telescope. Mr. Walson began videotaping the sky, day and night and has discovered previously unseen objects in the earth’s orbit and in my opinion; some look mighty similar to the pictures on Space.com of the lasers that the Air Force contracted. It would appear that the technology spoken about in the Blue Beam theories is available and is actually being used and tested by a myriad of corporations, but does the average citizen understand that if they hear a voice in their head, it may not be their own? Or if they see something hovering in the sky, it may just be a technological illusion? I have to say I had my doubts that the words attributed to Wernher Von Braun were truth, but as time passes and technology grows, maybe the question we should be asking ourselves is not can they or would they, but when will they do it?
