Kucinich threatens 60 impeachment articles if Judiciary doesn’t act

Rep. Dennis Kucinich warned the House Judiciary Committee that it would be wise not to ignore the 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush last week. If the committee does not act within a month, he plans to introduce even more articles.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 453554

Representative Kucinich is doing this the correct, legal way. Copy his methods and multiply them a billion times, against every incident that the System levels against citizens. Know your laws of your State. Know what the System can and cannot do. Know its limits and if anyone of its System goons oversteps those limits, SUE AND KEEP SUING everyone who resists you. It works and the State WILL back down.

Notice that if his Articles are not acted upon correctly, he adds more charges against those who subvert judicial process, as criminal behavior. Study Rep. Kucinich and learn how to legally fight. Just keep adding more and more legitimate charges of,

Sedition.
Subversion.
Impeding legal process.
Treason.
Rejecting evidence.
Diversion.
Stalling.
Waffling.
Lying.
Impersonating a Politician.
Impersonating a legitimate Judge.
Impersonating a real Police Officer.
Impersonating a human.
Complaining that the jail cell is too cold and the hangman's noose is chaffing your neck.

One more thing, IGNORE the following Shill tactics:
BS Flags, I'm With Stupid signs, and dancing fag pictures......
sure, but

Despite what some people think about Michael Tsarion, he advocates "using the system" to take down TPTB. They "used the system" to create things, the system can be used to change things. Kucinich knows this and is applying this strategy. There are mechanisms available, but you have to go through the steps. Joe Q. Public isn't as powerless as we are led to believe and feel. I wish every person who posts a complaint above the gov. on GLP, would also "use the system" -- call/email/fax/contact their senators and representatives every time an issue comes up that they feel strongly about. There IS power in numbers. And, there are more of US than Them....... and TPTB know that, fear that, so they keep us very busy, distracted and fearful to have time to use the system to implement their agenda. Good for Kucinich for standing up, again and again, going the distance.

The ONLY reason to even lift a finger, to "call/email/fax/contact" your Senator or Representative would be to receive a "canned" Rejection Email in return, against which, you should add a new lawsuit against the foot-dragging Senator or Representative. By now, you should know your call/email/fax/contact isn't going to get shit done, other than what you get done, legally.

Charge against Senators and Representatives:

Deceit.
Dereliction of duty.
Failing to Represent The People.
Using the System for personal gain.
Mockery of the Judicial Process.
Treason.
Sedition.
Misrepresentation.
Murder by Proxy.
Grand theft.
Grand Larceny.
Impersonating an Official.
Fraudulent representation.
All manner of criminal activity by association (proxy).

Ahh, but it lets them know people are watching and paying attention to what they are doing --- versus what spin they are giving out --- warning shots across the bow--- course correction needed. My take on it anyway. And, I agree with you as well, addressing the issues through the legal system --- which IS the system --- makes things happen.

Kucinich threatens 60 impeachment articles if Judiciary doesn’t act

By Nick Juliano | Uncategorized | Wednesday, 18 June 2008

Rep. Dennis Kucinich warned the House Judiciary Committee that it would be wise not to ignore the 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush last week. If the committee does not act within a month, he plans to introduce even more articles.

The Ohio Democrat and former presidential candidate tells the Washington Post’s Sleuth blog that he’s not giving up his fight to kick Bush out of the White House.

Kucinich tells us he’s giving the House Judiciary Committee 30 days to act on his resolution proposing 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush or else he’ll raise even more hell on the House floor. Thirty-five articles was just the tip of the iceberg. If Judiciary does nothing, he’ll go back to the House floor next month armed with nearly twice as many articles.

“The minute the leadership said ‘this is dead on arrival’ I said that I hope they believe in life after death; because I’m coming back with it,” Kucinich vowed in an interview with the Sleuth this week. “It’s not gonna die. Because I’ll come back with more articles. Not 35, but perhaps 60 articles.”

Elected on a platform of holding the president accountable, the newly Democratic Congress has nonetheless been unwilling to even consider impeachment. A Kucinich-sponsored measure to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney was referred to the Judiciary Committee last November; the Committee has done nothing with it.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has declared impeachment “off the table,” and Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers has been unwilling to cross her. House Democrats simply do not believe they have enough votes to actually impeach Bush or Cheney, and they are unwilling to dwell on the issue with just a few months left in the current administrations’ term.

Kucinich told the Sleuth that he plans to sit down with Conyers this week to try to convince the chairman to consider at least one article of impeachment, which accused Bush for waging a war “based on lies.”

For Kucinich, impeachment is more than simply a political windmill at which to tilt, he says. It’s about preserving the sanctity of the republic’s founding document.

“What we’re witnessing here,” he says, “is the not-so-slow-moving destruction of our Constitution.”

Kucinich is a hero and about the last honest politician this world has. It is sad that the warcriminals of teh WH do so much to iscredit him and undermine his natural authority. Not that it helps ofcourse cuz Kucinich is doing very well!
He is one of the few Americans that can still look at themselves in the mirror before they go to sleep.

All the rest of them ignorant, selfish, foolish lame assholes should be totally ashamed of themselves for allowing this fascist regiem to continue each new 24 hours.
What have you all got to loose? Economy in the USA is completely down and out, there is no future for the undemocratic lawless dictatorship called USA.
Stand up, go on the streets, march up to Washington and demand impeachment, arrest and prosecution of all these criminals!
Make sure that you can undo the damage that most of you AMericans helped exist, allowed to grow, and still allow to destrcut the world on a dayly basis. Reduce your karma before it all hits back in your face, probably by FEMA train!
