The stain can be everything, from stuff you loose when you sneeze to salad dressing indeed.

Semen does not remain 'creamy' on cloth - the moisture part is readily absorbed by the fabric - leaving very little in the way of a sign on dark fabrics other than a wet spot - or when dried a 'crusty' spot.

On light fabrics it will stain the material a slight yellow.

It is most likely something from lunch. Not semen.

If you are seriously in a marriage and seriously having this kind of thought or seeing semen where you would first think mayo, ice cream, or a hundred other items that could leave behind that kind of stain, then there is something wrong in your relationship or in you.

It is not uncommon for married folk to have their moments and think that the other is possibly cheating. However folk keep it to themselves and do not obsess about it unless there are may tiny signs. Then obsession usually leads to uncovering a 'truth'.

Once you start talking about these things she will understand that you are serious and that you do have a 'feeling' and want or need reassurances from her that everything is ok - or on the off chance she is seeing someone else, the truth.

If confrontation is a problem for you, then write it out - no not 'I saw what I think is semen on a dress' - write down all of the things that lead to to feel this way.
