If this shit is indeed true, this countries leaders have completely lost their freaking minds. I would agree that something needs to be done about the crime rates and the crimes against innocent people, but I'm not so sure that this is the objective here.

I'm pretty sure that many would agree that the hardened criminals that continue to be put on the streets that continue to perform crimes against others needs to stop. I would like to live in a society where we don't have to worry about people abduction our children or getting shot for being in the wrong part of town at the wrong time. But I've always been firm that corruption always starts from the top and works it's way down. If the leaders didn't want society to be as it is today, it wouldn't be that way.
