I worked in a pharmacy in the 80s, I remember gay men picking up the AZT? treatment packs. They always seemed to look worse and worse each time they came in.
The drugs, which Fauci had helped develop seemed worse than the disease. Maybe they weren't all gay. Maybe some had gottAIDS from shared needles. I don't know and never asked.
