It's 87 degrees and humid out and my unemplyed drug-addict neighbor is making his mother go outside and mow the lawn because she "woke him up" at 5 pm in the afternoon after a hard night of crackin around!  Ok... she just came back in and he yelled at her for making him feel bad (I'm on the phone through it all) now he's trying to take away her ice-coffee. Apparently she's too tired at 71 years old to cut all the lawn fully, so it's only half-done... Now he's saying he might go outside and check it out after this cigarette... The mother is too tired to continue... He's 37 years old, livin at home and hasn't worked in 12 years. |

Go online or to the courthouse and look up their activity in the court system. Likely he's got a record. Check it out and see if he's on parole or has priors for drugs. He might even have something in court about getting a disability or an injury lawsuit settlement. Whatever he's done, take some evidence on film or computer. Not visitors and get their licence plate number, just walk a dog past their car and you have it. Look him up on facebook. Check out his friends, cross reference with any court records. Same for myspace. you never know unless you look. It's a start. |
