We don't know whether he was ever convicted of anything, or if so of what. You do know that skinny-dippers are now often treated as "sex offenders"? And you do know that even if a conviction is thrown out of court, the alleged perpetrator (who is now a victim of injustice himself) is still treated as a "sex offender"?
