because of my physical characteristics, a prostitute i have been seeing for a while, sold my valuable semen to her girlfriend.
she has a six month old boy.
this lady has now taken me to court for child maintenance and i lost the case.
fatherhood was proven by DNA
despite pleading the fact that i had no knowledge and the impregnation was done using the sperm without my knowledge and consent, the judge ruled that the safekeeping of my ejaculated sperm is totally my responsability and therefore i am just as guilty as if i had impregnated the lady by physical penetration.
i think that this is wrong
my wife does not know about this and it is going to be a nightmare.
do you think i should go clean and tell her the whole sordid story? or should i wait and see how things play out? |

Time for a lifestyle change guy. - There is nothing in that story that isn't wrong wrong wrong. come clean, move on and hope that kid gets given away to parents that won't allow (him/her) to live the way it's parents did. |

Get a small bottle of Tabasco sauce and when ever you remove the condom dump hot sauce in the condom.

Child support is more profitable than prostitution...
Do we understand now why men are afraid to get married and get into a committed relationship.
There are two countries in the world that won't extradite you for child support, Paraguay, and Brazil.
I suggest you book a flight, or otheriwise you will be a child support slave for the next 18 years. |

Poor you. Tell your wife everything. If she loves you, she would forgive you. Then you can face the case together.
F....k the law. I think it is not right for any women who wants to get pregnant and get a sperm so foreign to her charge the guy financially. It is totally wrong! She wants to get pregnant, she takes full responsibility for it.
That's why having kids should be discussed and approved
by both parties. |

You went to court and your wife doesn't know anything about the case? What? Do you both live in separate houses?
She's gona find out when there's less money in the bank due to garnished wages. SHE'S also responsible for that child, did you think of that? The legal situation is, if you stop working or won't pay for some reason, her wages get garnished, even with a prenup. How things play out? Well, I think thw judge already answered THAT question.
BTW... this story sounds fishy. I wonder a lot if it's actually true, even if you're married is a question in my mind. You don't seem to know the first thing about STD's or legal issues regarding marriage. |

Sperm exposed to room air on clothing, bed linens or toilet seats lose motility (the ability to swim) rapidly. Once the semen dries out, the sperm are usually dead.
If the semen is near the woman and no fertile fluid is present, they will die within a few hours in or out of the body. If there is fertile fluid from her, they can live for a week waiting for the egg to be released (which probably won't wait a week to be released with fertile fluid present).
That said, you should take basic caution after sex that you've cleaned up any big splashes on her or around her. |
