You went to court and your wife doesn't know anything about the case? What? Do you both live in separate houses?
She's gona find out when there's less money in the bank due to garnished wages. SHE'S also responsible for that child, did you think of that? The legal situation is, if you stop working or won't pay for some reason, her wages get garnished, even with a prenup. How things play out? Well, I think thw judge already answered THAT question.
BTW... this story sounds fishy. I wonder a lot if it's actually true, even if you're married is a question in my mind. You don't seem to know the first thing about STD's or legal issues regarding marriage. Quoting: Geogal 373387

because of my physical characteristics, a prostitute i have been seeing for a while, sold my valuable semen to her girlfriend.
she has a six month old boy.
this lady has now taken me to court for child maintenance and i lost the case.
fatherhood was proven by DNA
despite pleading the fact that i had no knowledge and the impregnation was done using the sperm without my knowledge and consent, the judge ruled that the safekeeping of my ejaculated sperm is totally my responsability and therefore i am just as guilty as if i had impregnated the lady by physical penetration.
i think that this is wrong
my wife does not know about this and it is going to be a nightmare.

That would be the unfortunate issue between the married couple and the friend of the prostitute. He didn't sound concerned that his genetics was birthed by someone he didn't know, only would he need to care for it financially and SHOULD he tell his alleged wife.

I should have explained a bit better the details.
I am married with grown up children and have been seen this gorgeous young thing for a couple of years.
we do use a condom,
she ties a knot on it and I presume disposes of it afterwards.
i have since (later) discovered that she has a lesbian lover and they have decided to steal my sperm and impregnate her girlfriend with it and she has conceaved a baby boy.
all this was done behind my back and without my knowledge.
my legal argument was that the prostitute had acted fraudolently and used my sperm without my permission.
i have paid for her services and part of those services include the safe disposal of the condom ( or so i thought).
but the judge ruled that because it is undisputedly my DNA that conceaved this baby, i am responsible for his maintenance.
money is not a problem because i am wealthy.
i am thinking of going back to court and offer the mother a lump sum so i can pay her off for maintenance in advance until the child turns 18 so that this could be a strategy to avoid my wife finding out? |

Get a small bottle of Tabasco sauce and when ever you remove the condom dump hot sauce in the condom.

That is something that can be achieved with a simple contract with the woman. BOth of you sign and done deal. But, you think your wife wouldn't find out about THAT sum of money going missing from your bank account? Does she have the mental capacity of a table leg?

Paying off a large amount of money does not absolve you from child support...its ongoing regardless of ANY payouts. So no...save your money. What you need to do is recognise the child and realise that the infant did nothing to YOU to warrant abandonement.
Seek custody on the basis that the childs mom is an unfit mother. So what...you lose your wife...you didnt want her that much anyway or you wouldnt have been taking it elsewhere. You might save a little one from a mothers nastiness. |
