After that you're a menace. It really doesn't affect focus how fast you drive, so what I'm saying is that you've cut a person's productivity by 1/3 when going from 75 down to 55. We tried it and it was an unmitigated disaster. When the speed limit on western interstates was raised from 55 to 75, the death and crash rates dropped significantly. |
