I think a hangover is mostly from being dehydrated since alcohol can dehydrate you very easily. |

I really do think I am deficit in water b/c I did some intense interval training yesterday morning, and I drank water for that, but I don't recall drinking much later on throughout the day, and add to that the two drinks.... |
