I disagree. I think it has to do with the lecturing of personal responsibility directed at a community rather than anyone specific. Jackson reference to Obama "acting" white in ONLY bringing up this personal responsibilty issue in black community churches, and NOT addressing REAL issues like unemployment and incarceration rates, ie the underlying causes for the breakdown of black families.
It is fine for uncle Joe to tell little Billy to get his act together, to treat his woman right,,,, to be a good father. It is quite another to be lectured en masse .
That's like lecturing whites to educate their kind better, to show more personal responsibility, and straighten out THEIR more blood thirsty war mongering kind...
That doesnt make sense, and is offensive and condescending, to anyone on the receiving end...
