I think there could be a slight mis-translation; the original Chinese instructions most likely referred to all "dark-skinned" people, which would also include blacks as we know it, the Indians and the Indo-Malays.

A place where blankets are stolen from dying children and where people are hacked to pieces with machetes. I have been there and seen the suffering with my own eyes.

American blacks are like Richie Cunningham compared to African blacks. There is a huge difference in cultures, making American blacks far more humane and civilized compared to their African counterparts.

I've never been to Africa, but have been all over Europe and some of the Middle East. I can say with confidence that culture is the only relevant difference between groups of people.
