See really the whole catch of this was HOW IT WAS GOING TO BE IMPLEMENTED.

Any of these taken at first glance might appear as docile non intrusive forms.

But when placed together.....become entirely different.

I would also like to point out that this is a DAARPA project. Simple ID tracking and soldier ID tags could easily fall into a smaller budget.
