I didn't like that the aliens had an economy and were beholden to ridiculous outdated concepts like business practices. I didn't like that all of his footnotes basically meant that he had researched all this shit and THEN wrote the story, not the other way around.

This book is almost like the 'unified conspiracy theory' except that it doesn't fit with the near death experience witness testimony:

I would think that any true unifying theory would explain this in detail.

As I said, I'm glad I read it. I did take some things away from it (earth is a ghetto planet,) but I don't accept it fully.
