i started itunes on my computer at work. i'm trying to switch over to my home computer. itunes lets you authorize up to five computers to access the same account and music.

i loaded the software and accessed my account, BUT THE FUCKING SONGS WILL NOT LOAD INTO MY ITUNES AT HOME. I've undid my firewall while I tried to work it out. I went into my purchase history. supposedly all you have to do is click the "Play" arrow and bam it copies the song(s) to the new authorized computer.

I've done it 100 times and they will NOT copy.

Has anyone had this problem and can you help?
