It's not for everyone admitted, but people with low blood pressure in the mornings like me need something to get going, especially after a hard nights work. Herb teas are great, I have a variety of them that I enjoy, especially when I need to wind down to sleep! Peace to ya!

Delicious. Still sipping on it.

Tastes similar to an Indian "Madras" coffee. Too much nutmeg can make you feel rather stoned/detached, though, depending on your sensitivity. Nutmeg has been used to help people transition off of pot and is in the catnip family. I call it "catnip for humans." I used to do tablespoons of it and would float around stoned for around 48 hours. I find that a few turns of the nutmeg grinder offers a nice mellow balance to the caffeine kick. The ground cardamom offers the nice Indian taste.

And, yeah, I love Berlin. She's hot and has a great voice.

The nutmeg I've used with a light hand in my cooking, and I wondered about the cardamom cause I was thinking Indian spices for more tasty dishes. I'll have to try it, and see if I like the blends together. Passion vine, and catnip tea is a great tranquilizer for humans too. Very relaxing at the end of a long hard day! Thanks for the tip!

thank you! I discovered it by accident. The Dollar Store had a deep cut sale on some food items and the cremora stuff was one of them. I bought a half dozen containers only to get home and discover in my excitement of cheap food that they were all "Christmas peppermint" though the expiration date was not passed by yet. I thought it would taste gross but it doesn't! The mint is very light and adds a nice zing to the generic or cheapo coffee I usually buy.

The brown sugar is less expensive as well and a quarter tsp. goes a long way.

Enjoy and thanks for commenting!!
