Look, doc Frankenstein: I think you're either working for Puck or a Munchausen's PhD like the ex husband date rape cocktail charity.
Every possible worst condition a plastic surgeon patient can be exposed to was experienced.
1 – Told I was getting bent bed on the first appointment – but there was no pull on the incision when I woke up flat on my back with my legs stretched out.
2 – Asked for a low incision, wasn't of interest to such a wealth of experience: “I've been doing this longer than you.” Now I have to do it all again, and my belly button is between my first two ribs.
3 – Arrived with a rash, “That's only poison oak” wasn't a good enough reason to delay, just like a training cadaver.
4 – Fears of infection afterwards received a stitch in the sternum for two extra weeks.
5 – Initial disappointment met with attempts to shame “It was so grotesque before, just be grateful.”
6 – Waited a six weeks to discuss “The incision will lower” and had that PTSD shocked hysterical appointment canceled – August 13th,.
7 – Arrive with a bruised hip flap end of August and ask for a revision that accommodates January employment – get a call four weeks later to cancel September's appt and book the revision for February.
8 – Express frustration at lack of control over my own body and presented with a prisoners dilemma that is certain to create psychological condition for suicidal ideation, in order to obtain a revision.

Well...that's the kid: A good example of an alter system taking over in order to cope.
Being mentally disabled is a double challenge - because not only does a person have to struggle against their own thinking, they also have to defend themselves against a society that regards them as disposable.
In the case of mind control, the with active programs to discredit and manipulate, someone will put a lot of effort into calling targets "spectacularly crazy rickie mcfee".
