Rescue a shelter animal and love and care fo it for the rest of its life.

Volunteer at a hospital or nursing home.

Babysit for a busy parent.

Take an art or music class at your local community school.

Mow your elderly neighbor's lawn.

Be a big brother/sister to a needy child.

Visit and do some chores for someone that is ill.

Go on a nature hike.

I'm picking up your personal heartbreak (as you said) ~ but your energy feels detached from that, almost floating... numb inside.

Maybe this is what I'm sensing as "boredom"... that you are feeling dead inside?

Okey-dokey, some ideas...

For me... happiness, joy, love, and abundance are something you ARE ~ not something you "have" or "get".

My suggestion is a wondeful book I found in an old, dusty bookstore in San Diego ~ "Infinite Self ~ 33 Steps to Reclaiming Your Inner Power" by Stuart Wilde.

Read, enjoy, laugh ~ but remind yourself that *mind is not the answer*.

Mind is a trickster. Why? Cuz theories never end. Wilde explains this very, very well. (wink) Blessings, Wasayo
