Energy and Clarity have come together for me today for finalizing preparations. Not because of what I jave just read on this thread but nore so out of realization that the time of the Great Tribulation is within days now.
You can choose to scoff or you can choose to prepare. If you choose to scoff and you drive a car, then why do you bother hauling a spare tire around? |

In astrology, 2008 = 10 which means big changes in all aspect worldwide.
And 2009 = 11 which means end of a civilization and birth of a new one. In a few words, 2009 will be the year of the deadly 3 days of darkness and the earth pole shift. Both events will happen in the same magnetic trimester, per Zetas, May 2009 to August 2009.
Futhermore, from so many other sources, we all know that everything will blow out in 2008. |

480907- the sword referred to in your quotation from Matthew is a metaphor for division in families caused by differences over the gospel. It has nothing to do with advocating war by secular powers.
And the reference to slaying enemies was a parable of the last judgement at the end of the world; again,no conection whatsoever with war.
Jesus said those who live by the sword will die by it. His most definitive anti-war statement was when he told Peter to put away his sword because His kingdom was NOT of this world,if it were THEN( and only then) would His servants fight. Pretty clear.
I would venture to say that if you were a doctor or surgeon and you operated the same way you quote scripture,you'd be constantly sued for malpractice. |

August 1, 2008 - Saros Cycle 126 Tandem Solar Eclipse begins at 8:04 Zulu Time (also known as Universal Time)
The Saros Cycle of Eclipses was discovered/created by ancient Babylonian astronomers which basically states that eclipses repeat approximately every 18 years. In your charts, if you follow them, you'll notice that you will have a repeat of an eclipse in your solar returns usually about every 18.5-19 years. When that happens, your year will be one to remember, hands down. Personally speaking I was born at the tail end of an eclipse so I tend to march to the tune of my own drum so to speak (usually those who are born during one almost always do) AND we are affected for better or worse depending on where we are in life;literally and figuratively speaking. If you're experiencing a personal 19 year repeat eclipse, know that this is a year of beginnings. Life as you know it will never be the same after. This will be a year of "firsts" for you and you'll see the results as the events play out over the year. If this isn't a personal repeat eclipse for you, you can still join in the fun! Think back to what you were doing 19 years ago in August. There should be a slight similarity in events taking place. Check your charts to see where the eclipse fell 19 years ago and where they will fall this year...check what aspects they make to personal planets, angles, midpoints, and/or Arabic Parts. You should see a pattern.
This eclipse falls at 9Leo32.
The translation for this degree is the following: "Early Morning Dew" and " A Popularity That Proves Ephemeral"... There is also the aura of the following associated with this degree: "Man tete-a-tete with his inspiration" and "People on stairs graduated upwards." Obama's Sun is 12 Leo. Very tight with this tandem eclipse. He will be the one to watch for a variety of reasons.
During this Solar eclipse, the areas to watch for unexpected, out of the blue, shocking events, (possible earthquakes) will be the following: Venezuela, Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and Nova Scotia. To a lesser degree watch Maine, Boston and New York.India is cut right in half with this tandem. Watch for something "new", the "birth" of something, coming out of this area. Since Leo is about rulers and rulerships, there could be a new sort of regime in India? China has Saturn and Mars situated at the Midheaven during the Solar eclipse. This is highly indicative of rules, laws, aggression, sports, men, and restrictions imposed. (perfect for the Olympics). Situated at the top, this means China will be in the public eye for these descriptions. Either sanctions, or government officials will play a key role there during this time.
Along with those of you who have a Leo sun from 6 thorough 12 degrees, the following people need to pay attention:
If your Sun is in 6-12 degrees of the following...
*Taurus
*Scorpio
This eclipse is squaring your Sun which will produce challenges for you. Specifically possible setbacks akin to ego-related obstacles.
and:
*Aquarius
This eclipse is opposing your Sun calling for realization of personal flaws. Turning points will lead to new directions.
and to a lesser degree:
*Capricorn
*Pisces
The eclipse for the above two signs will be Quincunx (or inconjunct) your Sun meaning that there might be a fated quality to any major events you experience this year. Your father, husband and/or children will be part of an adjustment period for you that will probably bear some karmic lessons or two...or three.
Also check if this eclipse aspects your vertex-especially the conjunction.
As always, please take a reduced schedule if possible 3 days before and after the eclipse. No rushing around, no speeding (mutable signs take note). And as I also always say...I don't care what astrology branch you study (western, sidereal, vedic, Magi, heliocentric, etc...) the eclipse has a way of balancing things out for you. If your life at the time of one is a bit chaotic or just not going well, expect a smoothing out of energy. Conversely if your life is peaceful, and all roses, expect a bump or two to get your party started.
***Do not read the following if you are adverse to death and dying***
During an eclipse, it's been noted(and through my own personal observation and experience) that if someone is terminally ill the energy will quicken the transformation of the person. The transition can be timed by the hourly length of the eclipse. Ex: 6 hours=6 days, 6 weeks, 6 months. Mind you, the actual disconnect will be between the person/soul and God. I'm not saying it's the actual eclipse that will make death happen; it will cause the energy/purpose to quicken which in turn brings about the disconnect. Being a hospice volunteer, I only go in at "TOD" (time of death). During eclipses, there seems to be a rise in number of those who leave. |

My life is wonderful thank you. But I don't think life is too nice for the people in Georgia tonight who have lost loved ones in the bombing. That is war-which I indicated was heralded by these stars. It causes untold suffering.
So you might want to open your eyes beyond your "domain" and consider that there are a lot of people who will suffer as August progresses. And we have more malefic stars the rest of August and beyond. It is a time to WARN people to awaken to the neccessity of rebirth in Christ and warn them that the sins of this nation's bloodshed will come upon it in judgement; as the stars of '08 and '09 herald a time of reaping what has been sown. A lot of bombs have been sown and a lot of innocent blood has been shed. And now the stars herald a time of judgement.
So-I'm glad things are well for you, Lotus. But it's a big world out there. A huge armada of warships are gathering in the Mideast or haven't you noticed ? I mentioned WAR in the post. It continues to brew in that cauldron of suffering. A lot of firepower and ordnance is being readied during this malevolent month...just as I indicated looking at the stars a few months back. It could mean lots of suffering for lots of people and have apocalyptic ramifications for our society in the near term
Your SMUG post reveals a very shallow understanding of the seriousness of the times we are living in and what we see evolving in the world before our very eyes. You will forgive me for eschewing contemplating my navel and musing about how things are in my domain. I will continue to raise my voice in prophetic warning about the things that threaten to tear our world asunder in hope that some will awaken and prepare spiritually and logistically for what is coming. Judgement is coming. Your snugness and complacency will not stop it and will not help people to awaken and prepare. This thread,on the other hand,may hopefully have helped people to do just that.
So...........WAKE UP Lotus. You'd better hope pray and this astrology doesn't manifest its full potential. I pray that it doesn't. But more stellar presure is coming this fall into '09. And we see a terrible buildup of forces,military and otherwise,manifesting under these stars. You'd better awakken from your slumber and look at what is transpiring. And thank the almighty the Russians aren't bombing YOUR house tonight under these disastrous planetary configurations. |

JFK and LINCOLN were both assassinated with Saturn/Mars.Saturn concretizes potential and is the Lord of Karma traditionally. So- the picture isn't as rosy as you make it sound.But let's hope and pray for the best. And pray for Bush and his family; we cannot judge him. And pray for ourselves and the rest of humanity. August is beginning to evolve as a rotten month,as i indicated above,with war in Georgia,people being bombed and an allied armada sailing for the Gulf. These are bad stars. august is always a shitty month. especially for the markets. august 9 is supposed to be the worst day of the year historically (aside from sept 11) in regards to negative energy, killing, out of the blue events, etc...not to mention we have 2 eclipses this month which does not bode well for anyone. heads up. stay safe. |
