Ok, if you are asking me to mind read..no thanks. I said what I thought and I can not speak for anyone else. BTW, I don't like or dislike..I am more interested in content and ratings. :-)

The subject is about George Noory. The OP asked a question. Stay on the topic. Talking about her avatar is personal attack which has nothing to do with the topic. Why did you find it necessary to criticize her avatar to begin with? People who find the need to criticize others are they, themselves, loathing of something within themselves.

What are you, the thread police. I frequent a lot of the threads on this forum and most of them go off topic from time to time. Posters start writing about what they are doing at that particular time and what not. Loosen up. And that was not a personal attack, it was an attack on the avatar, if anything. |

You'll just have to trust me on this but I am not the one who made the comment about her avatar. You seem so incensed about something that I doubt you will believe me.
The poster didnt NEED to criticize the avatar, they wanted to, just like the haters on your thread want to make jokes about George Noory's appearance, sexuality, etc. Ya'll can dish it out but you cant take it. Avery low quality in a person, in my opinion. Oh, I guess I should keep that to myself.

You know what I love about the George Noory version of Coast to Coast? George has a great sense of humor and is able to laugh and be playful with his guests.
He is someone who truly enjoys his life, what he does and everything that comes with it. He's refreshing. |

Yep...count me in as a George Noory fan...very engaging and pleasant, articulate...sometimes subjects get a little too ghostly...but 3-4 hours a nite...5 nites a week! You try it and have everyone love every episode. |

I like George Noory a whole helluva lot better than Art Bell. Art Bell is a douchebag. Two months after his wife dies he goes to the Phillippines and gets a 20 year old girl. Do ya think that relationship was platonic? lol.
the only thing is, Art Bell did a better job at screening 'the nuts' whereas George lets anybody on his show. |

George is basically a transparent passive agressor. He'll just go with you until he understands something (not very often) and then somethinjg stupid comes out to counter a point. The funny part is that then and only then you understand that his Mmm Hmm's and awe's are merely because he can't understand most of the in depth conversations.
Don't get me wrong we'll never replace Art, but George is about as good as it gets other than the real deal... |

I hear you. My favorite shows are the shows like tonights show. You can go to the C2C website to get the particulars, but its going to be about the space programs all over the world. I like the space shows and the science shows the best.
I am not really a big fan of most of te ghost shows, but it depends on the guest. I like the NDE and after death programs though. Its like you say, with a show with as many far ranging topics as C2C, its going to be some youre just not that into.
But George has done a good job of holding everything together. |

Yeah, Sybil isnt too bad but she's been corrupted. Its what is now called the Katie Holmes syndrome. Rumor has it that she is actually the long lost Bitchslap Noory, but I find that hard to believe because BSN was one of the sweetest, most fun loving people Ive come in contact with. |

I love the way Noory SUCKS BALLS!!! That's is his forte and the ONLY way he get ahead in life.
He was Bozo The Clowns understudy years ago. Bozo would be VERY proud of George....the bigest Clown on Talk Radio!!!
Rumor also has it he was a protege to both Beavis and Butthead and is number one in their book too!!!

Noory's OK. He can't be "on" all the time, and there is no way he could read many of the books his guests are selling. That's why he seems unprepared sometimes, because he is.
Still, he is worth listening to.
Art was good when his crazy personal life didn't overshadow his on air profession. I gave up on him when he fooled everyone into thinking he was suicidal then he ran off to the Philipines to marry a teenager.
George is reliable. He's the same, polite, middle of the road sort who has had the show for 5 or more years now.
Ian is good on weekends, he's entertaining and funny. I loved it when he tore some doomsday nut a new one on air a while back. |

"A pornographic photo of wild Australian talk show host David Oates has been making the rounds of the web. It has become the centerpiece in a multimillion dollar law suit, and countersuit, between Art Bell and Oates. The issue at hand is, how did this nasty photo get on the web in the first place?
Two versions of the truth seem to be emerging in the Talk Show Wars between Bell and his arch nemesis, David John Oates. Neither side disputes Oates' weakness for Internet chatroom swinging. But, according to Art Bell's lawyer, Gerard Fox, Oates is claiming that Art Bell induced, or hired, two chatroom floozies to take advantage of his horny chatroom habits.
Art and his lawyer spent the better part of an hour of last night's broadcast scoffing at the notion, and Art patently denied ever knowing the two women.
The Oates' version of the story has it that a "pimpdaddy" Art put these two women up to seducing him online, and published damaging things about him to their respective web sites.
Allegedly, Melany Gavigan, a former disgruntled student of Oates' Reverse Speech school, and a rabid Art Bell fan, lured Oates into a session of steamy "cybersex," where he was persuaded to email her a butt naked photograph of himself for her to use. Playing him for a fool, she then posted it to her web site for the world to laugh at, and Art immediately linked his web site to her web site and encouraged his audience to have a good laugh too.
Another former chatroom girlfriend, Naomi Longson, who goes by the name "Skarlet" online, had such an ICQ romance going with Oates that they even met in person. She sent Pigdog a letter saying that she was even Oates' former fiancee, but broke off the engagement because of Oates' strange "world view," and scary circle of friends.
As part of Oates' complaint against Art Bell, he says that Longson accused him of murder in a statement on her web site. But according to her she did not. Instead, she recounts an intimate conversation with Oates' in which he bragged of killing several assassins who were out to get him because of the fact that he knows too much about Reverse Speech.
In the complaint he accuses Naomi Longson of being an agent of Art Bell. Bell denies this, but we wrote to Ms. Lonston to ask her whether there is any truth to the allegation, and so far we have heard nothing back, despite earlier replies from her clarifying her relationship to the case."

""Reverse Speech" huckster and talk show host David Oates' sputtering career has been utterly rewound by Art Bell. Oates swears in an affidavit -- part of an abortive attempt to get a restraining order against Art Bell -- that Art and his radio network, Jacor, used their combined muscle to intimidate Talk Radio Networks into firing him. He goes on to say that to top it all off, Art posted a link to a disgusting nude photo of Oates, which was placed on the Net by a former chatroom girlfriend.
The affidavit acknowledges that more than one former girlfriend with a grudge has unsavory things to say about the Reverse Speech guru. According to Oates, Art seems to relish in linking to their web sites and their blistering commentary. As preposterous as it may seem, allegedly one girlfriend even accuses him of murder.
Oates says he sought a restraining order because Art makes daily nasty comments about him on both the Art Bell web site and radio show, which are damaging his career. Oates claims that Art is causing him "irreparable emotional, professional, and physical harm." Furthermore, bill collectors are hounding him to the ends of the Earth, because, due to the loss of his talk show, he only makes five percent of his former income and cannot pay his bills.
The court did not agree. His motion was denied, and a copy of it is now on public display on the Art Bell web site.

Like you say, 6 years and counting, and Noory's name is still on the marquee. The haters on that other thread used to be so gung ho about getting George replaced, but that talk has been replaced by low, common schoolyard insults.
But just as the classy winning team in a sports blowout will do to the loser trying to start a brawl because they cant handle losing, lets all just point to the scoreboard. Holler!!!!! |

Yes, George is the man, a broadcaster's broadcaster. He has really integrated all the C2C shows, letting Ian do mentions for his own show. I dont remember that happening during the Art days. |

You know, my mom told me once that she could always tell if I liked something or someone if I talked about it alot, even if I claimed otherwise.
The people who say they hate George sure cant stop talking aout him. They know all his mannerisms, they list all his quotes, they spend time on photoshop making pictures of him. Doesnt seem like hate to me. |

Art Bell, Ian Punnett and George Knapp manage to read their guests books. You don't have to defend Noory. He's a grown man and is responsible for himself.
