I feel you on the government thing but i think this message has a much deeper meaning...I think its more a warning to our governments about the Race we have been receiving technology from.

I agree in your response about Jinns/evil spirits that lure good people, with false gifts/promises.

Maybe crop circles are created by spirits of the afterlife, they are light beings, sometimes giving us messages.

may be spirits of before life...before they come here, they are sending messages & messengers.

I happen to believe that there is a message in the message.
Some letters are lower case, while others are upper case.
