Cliff on Jeff Rense July 21, 2008
This is a summary of Jeff Rense's interview with Cliff High. The entire interview was about 90 minutes long including breaks, so it took me a while to go through everything and pull out the salient points.
As usual, the interview began with a brief explanation of how the webbots do their thing. He mentioned that China is also now doing similar date mining.
There was additional information about the new phenomenon of meemering, i.e. deliberate attempts by what Jeff calls the "controllers" (the PTB) to influence emotional reactions in the masses by capitalizing on traumatic events as well as sowing "seeds" to create anxiety. Cliff knows who is doing the meemering, and he and Igor have developed a way to screen out these fractal patterns. He doesn't know the intent, but suspects that it has to do with priming people for planned future events, or possibly population and/or mind control, i.e. to create a passive, compliant population. Cliff said that these patterns are easily identifiable and have been picked up for about a year now. These are artificial language shifts intended to magnify emotional days (he gave the example of the Virginia Tech shootings) with the goal of altering society's mood. (my thought here–remember how frantic everyone was about terrorists immediately after 9/11 and the PTB rammed thru all sorts of legislation and programs. Next Jeff brought up the topic of the lastest ALTA run. Cliff explained that there are basically three timeframes for the data: Immediacy looking at between the next 3 days to 3 weeks; Short Term looking at from 3 weeks to 3 months out; and Long Term which looks at 3 months plus but is usually pretty fuzzy once you pass 19 months out. Cliff stated that the most accurate data is at the beginning of each time frame. He also explained the George (Ure) Postulate in that the longer the webbots have been picking up a meme, the more intense it usually is.
One of the themes the ALTA runs have been picking up has been regarding flooding. Cliff said that 2009 will be the year of the floods like 2008 has been the year of the winds (record tornados, etc.). They are getting language like "people camping/BBQing on their rooftops" and "walls of mud." The flooding will begin this winter, be persistent (non-temporary), and could be climate related. He said they have been seeing this flooding theme for at least 2 years, and by comparison, the tsunami at Banda Aceh only showed up about 10 months before the event.
Jeff then asked if Cliff knew about the Finger of God rock thingy on the Canary Islands and how some scientists were postulating that if that thing fell, it could send a 1000 foot tidal wave all the way across the Atlantic. Cliff pretty much shot down that notion, citing that geo features on the sea floor wouldn't allow one that big to be sustained over that distance. He also stated that just a 3 foot rise world wide would have devastating effects and the ALTA images seemed to trend more toward this type of event than one big devastating disaster. Since the emotional markers would be the same, the webbots wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
Cliff explained that the webbots tend to pick up on the language that will be used to describe an event AFTER it has happened. (my note: after the recent Chinese earthquake, there was a lot of attention paid to wedding photos that were being taken just before the quake. The photographer caught some powerful images, especially of the old church facade falling down. The ‘bots had timed the quake in conjunction to a famous wedding, and it happened within 24 hours of Jenna Bush getting married. The location of the quake in China was *opposite* that of Crawford, TX).
The topic then turned to the events surrounding October 7 of this year. Cliff said they chose the time of 7:10 am UTC (Greenwich Mean Time for us old folks) arbitrarily, but it was actually within a window when an event will occur that will have world-wide ramifications. We have been in a long, slow period of tension building, and this event will shift the entire planet over into release language. He said they have known about this for about a year, and it will be bad. A number of different scenarios could play out, but part of it could be financial. He said that after they picked that date–based on the webbots own version of a lunar calendar–they found out that Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement) will be the next day, October 8. The financial crashes of 1929 and 1987 also happened on a Yom Kippur, which is also set by a lunar calendar.
The really bad news is that the initial event will be followed by five months of dysfunction. It's looking like it could be 30% economic , 30% military, and 30% "terra intrudes." Cliff said that if we were lucky, the economic part would ONLY be the total collapse of the dollar and/or the shut down of global commerce. Jeff asked about the military aspect, and Cliff said that they don't know what will be the precipitating factor. The terra aspect is reflected in the expectation of a big quake December 10-12, as well as "early winter flooding" and "exceptionally strange climate." All of these will contribute to the five months of people running around not knowing what to do and has the effect of keeping the release language going.
Jeff asked if the release language was emotionally chaotic/intense, or more like a slow steady drip. Cliff gave the example of trying to walk down a steep sand dune, and you wind up running full tilt just to stay upright. May fall, or may be able to stay upright. In other words, what may happens is a series of events that keeps escalating in pace. He said there is definitely a military component, but can't say how it will contribute. There are several postulates, one being that the PTB will hold the market together and keep the mood buoyant for the next couple of months. But they won't be able to sustain it, and by around October 7, the facade will crack suddenly and it will come crashing down. Cliff said that a horrific market crash would fit the parameters they are getting around the language for the event. The crash could actually occur earlier, but people may still be talking about it in heated terms in early October.
If we're not lucky, it will be an Israeli military event that's been showing up as the "Zionist Mistake." This is showing up as an Israeli air attack on Iran. Eight months BEFORE anyone was talking about Israel going in on their own, the webbots were picking up language related to this. The reason it's being called a mistake is that something unexpected will happen that will affect large swathes of Asia, possibly as far away as China and Japan. Iran is expected to retaliate in any way they can, but that's not the focus of the webbots. Cliff suggested that it may be a hidden biohazard, nuclear materials not where the Israeli's thought, etc. that would affect nations beyond the immediate area. That entire sector of the world will be none too happy with Israel over their faux pas. Jeff even went so far as to suggest the accidental bombing of one of the US nuke ships.
Jeff then asked if any data suggested the winner of the US election, and Cliff said they don't go there nor do they mess with celebrities. However, he did say that the events in October will have an impact on the election to the extent that people be exasperated, will call for early elections since there will only be one way for the vote to go and they "might as well get it over with." And not in a happy way but rather under duress. (my note: this really scares me as the first thing I think about is Obama getting assassinated or disabled, and it's too late for the Dems to field another candidate. I also don't like how McCain has stated that he "expects to be the underdog until five hours before the Pennsylvania polls close and then he'll come from behind and win." Oh, really? How can he call it that close? Been talking to Miss Cloe or Karl Rove?)
Cliff goes on to say that whatever the Zionist Mistake turns out to be, it may not necessarily affect humans directly. He gave the example of Israel dropping a limited nuke bunker buster that hits an oil layer and contaminates the oil. Since all the MidEast oil fields are interconnected, this could wipe out being able to use any oil from that region. China gets a lot of their oil from there, and would be royally ticked off.
2009 and 2010 are going to be worse. Cliff said the chatter about 2012 has gotten so bad that they will have to screen that out, too. (my note: I would liken this to people freaking out about Y2K–remember that?) Projecting a very cold winter for 2009, food lines, schools and govt buildings closed and then later re-opened as shelters of last resort. Jeff talked about how those who are holding food prices are instead cutting portions in packaging. Jeff speculated about how that might help the obesity epidemic, but Cliff disabused him of the notion that fat people eat more. Cliff brought up how this was not such a problem before the introduction of High Fructose Corn Syrup, and that it was not from fruit at all but a grain extract. Both he and Jeff advocated reading labels carefully, and Cliff explained how efforts to pollute the food supply began in the 1880's. They also discussed the decimation of the middle class and how we are now trending toward a two-class system.
However, Cliff said that their projections don't see the PTB getting that far. There will be a global insurrection "of absolutely epic proportions" and a radicalization that would make "Che Guevarra proud." It will make the coming five months from October 2008 on like a set of warm up exercises. This will be planet-wide, really get rolling in 2010 and will last nine years. There will be a breakdown in central control and a return to tribalism, which will ultimately save us. Cliff said they have hints of why and how this will happen but aren't saying anything right now.
Jeff talked about how people are self-segregating to begin with; Cliff said they refer to the tribes as SOC–Self Organizing Collectives. Members could be people scattered around who finally meet up to be together (like a lot of forum groups). Cliff recommended getting yourself in top physical shape to prepare for the coming changes. |

This very interesting because the coming August 1st solar eclipse falls on China. 1 Av in the Hebrew calendar. Solar eclipses always deal with warnings to gentiles, lunar eclipses , Hebrews.

The bots have been saying for some time there will be calls for early elections.

Thanks OP for taking the time to summarize the audio. You've done a good job on it. Makes a very intersting read.
Time will tell how this pans out. Which ever way its going to fall I think there are going to be a lot of confused people between now and Christmas.
