Texas Uncensored User ID: 668661 United States 05/01/2009 01:22 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I get that ssh ssh thing sometimes too. I think the low tone may be the earth itself, maybe core friction is more or faster. And, yes, it seems both felt and heard. The noise is outside my ears. The high pitched I associate with seismic activity. When it gets intense, like a guitar string stretched & plucked, the activity is about to occur. this noise is inside and outside my head, not really in the ears- behind them, deeper. I can hear it outside also, so it isn't electrical noise. Volcanoes will ring in with low pulsing tones with the high frequency ones right before they blow. **** PEACE **** UFO's @ [link to www.youtube.com] UFO photos & phenomena @ [link to www.picasaweb.google.com] MY GLP VIDEO CHANNEL * [link to video.godlikeproductions.com] [link to www.futurequake.bravehost.com] |

I've had high pitched non-stop ringing in both ears for two years now (this time). It goes in cycles. I first had it in my eary 20's. Went to one of the most famous ear clinics in the world and couldn't find a damn thing wrong with my ears. Cleared after a few years and has been back for a couple of years now. I also used to get the engine/droning noise you all talk about too. I always just figured it was my real family communicating with me. I sure as hell wish they would send the mother ship down to pick me and mine up. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 630163interesting Water always wins. :sun: |

I for one believe you are hearing "energy" After all we are all ENERGY. Quoting: SiriusABC 652635Maybe our senses are becoming more attuned to frequencies. To me it sounds like everything is vibrating and there is a low tone like a drone sound and then higher sounds that vary in intensity and pitch. And sometimes i get like a morse code type 'clicking' thing too, it does seem like some sort of information download. |

well well User ID: 658200 New Zealand 05/23/2009 08:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The story in the paper last weekend stirred up some action ...even hidden way down the back and edited to hell , the hum here in CHCH NZ is starting to get some exposure. The street sweeping machines working 24/7 , OUTSIDE their allowed times , and pumping out a whopping great 102 dBA at 10mtrs when the limit is 75 dBA. Quite a few people responded to the article , and found it a relief they werent alone nor mad lol. Lets hope it goes far enough to force the council to take some action and get that horrid noise stopped . |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 571173 Australia 05/29/2009 03:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | For decades, hundreds of people worldwide have been plagued by an elusive buzzing noise known as "the Hum". Some have blamed gas pipes or power lines, others think their ears are faulty. A few even think sinister forces could be at work. "It's a kind of torture, sometimes you just want to scream," exclaims retired head teacher Katie Jacques. [link to news.bbc.co.uk] [link to www.dailymail.co.uk] |

I believe DANE has the correct idea!!! I don't think that is the case here. Too much groundwater. I don't even know how long I've been hearing it. I've been in this house for sixteen years. living near a water supply would be handy for powering underground tunnels or cities...I hear this hum also and live close to a vast supply of fresh water, enough to last underground bases a long time if there were threatening conflicks..be it man made or natural or naturally man made. Its very quite here at night being in the countryside with nobody around..there is though a phone tower 1km away and we also get alot of military activity most in the air day n night..the hum occurs late at night usually around 11-12pm and carrys on through to early morning.Dane maybe correct and so maybe 2012..a caterstropic catastrophy with catarclismic consequences. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 693699 United States 06/03/2009 02:42 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | For the past month or so I have been hearing a very low level humming sound. No one else hears it and I'm starting to wonder WTF is going on. I hear it mostly at night and early morning, because I'm guessing it's the quiet time of the day (night). Quoting: bugging out 433091This humming is not constant, it sounds like an electric motor trying to cycle. I've turned off all the curcuits in the house so I know it's not from within the house. I can even hear it when I'm out in the woods or at the neighbors house. It's really starting to bug me out! And no it's not tinnitus. I know what you are talking about I have been hearing a noise for the past two nights while I am trying to go to sleep at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning in Plano, Texas. There is nothing wrong with you because I hear it too and I am not crazy. It is the asshole government testing crap to see how many people bitch about the noise. I think if people ignore it the problem will go away. If it is intolerable call your local news station. The government might be trying to test a UFO developed by the airforce or one of teslovs inventions. The Nazis was testing an antigravitational device called the gloke / whatever. The United States Government acquired this device thanks to the army. This device also known as a bell makes a loud humming noise, but it is an antigravitational device. The Nazis wanted to use this technology and make a "floating tank" but due to the war it was never developed to that level. Case in point the government is testing antigravitational devices which make loud obnoxious humming noises. |
