So sick of this noise. Make it stop!

I think some research should be done. I wouldn't rely on the Govt. to do it. Some creative person w/ some time on their hands with some web skills could help map it out.

I'm in Shenandoah Junction, WV and I've heard it for quite some time in my house, in my car and outside when it isn't windy.
