Ugene B. Culson was at Area 51/S-4 in 2003, the Grey Android (not alien) Production facility sublevels 1.1 to 21.1. He personally witnessed how horrendously the Greys are created. He says they are created using 2 fetuses and a 15 year old girl who must die in the process to create 1 Grey. Ugene has been a victim of MKULTRA CIA mind control since 1963 and was involved with Operation Monarch.

Mr. Culson was never officially in the military, he says, but was a mind controlled "sleeper", who was not supposed to remember. He filed a claim in 2001 with Congressman Drier who was bought off by the CIA.

Ugene claims he was the real sniper shooter at Ruby Ridge, a sniper at WACO Branch Davidian, met with Bin Laden, ripped heads off of scientists at Area 51, shot Greys and so much more. Listen to the interview.

He is frequently abducted and tortured by cloned Greys with razor sharp teeth and has had numerous threats on his life.

Capt. Ugene B. Culson , buds class 99 in 76 staring phase 2 in Norfolk.
Gen. Ugene B. Culson Delta Force first major action as Culson in Vietnam with Green Beret "Bunker Hill action" 12/73.
Gen. Lin C. Thomson Ranger made famous as Major Thomson in Afghanistan. Known as Lawrence of Afghanistan during the Russian war starting in 1979.
Green Beret Gen. James T. Wheeler made famous as Capt. Wheeler at "the battle of Jack Ass Straits" Vietnam 12/74.
Lt. Gen. Boyle T Browning Force Recon. wrote 3 editions of the classified book "advanced infantry tactics", as Browning.
Col. Hal Phillips Tompkins Air Force. Wrote the classified book" advance fighter tactics" as Tompkins .

After listening to this interview i better understand what the whole deal is with the Greys. They are clones of clones mixed with some alien and animal DNA which was genetically manunipulated. They poses no soul so Demons can poses them, and at the appointed time the government can launch a fake alien invasion in order to create the world wide state.
