You know how Vista defaults with asking several questions and confirmations before you copy or move things, or before you go into any administrator type things? How do you disable that feature so it is just like old school, with no prompting with a message box over and over and over??? THANKS

Start / Run / In search box type msconfig this will bring up a config dialogue. on the tools tab there is a selection for enable UAC and disable UAC. Run the disable and rebbot UAC = User Account Control

if you want to keep UAC on without going and adjust Policy settings, which are buried and to much hassle. Just get a small tool called Tweak UAC. It leaves UAC active, but with much less annoying pop ups. the benefits of UAC have yet to be really shown imo, i doubt it can stop rootkits like so many claim.
