I believe in "nothing". I believe in "everything". To believe is to set boundaries for yourself. In setting boundaries, you have set yourself up to a finite destination, a linear destination. To break through those boundaries, you have become "vertical", you have become Universal in your beliefs where there are no boundaries, therefore I am Infinite.
To remove all the masks of self is very hard, for it is the destruction of self. But, in this process of destroying self, you have found out that you have always been First Source. There is no separation, but the masks that you wear.
People refuse to come out of the age of suffering......
It is time to take Jesus the Christ down off the cross, to begin again living in the divine energy of which the cross represents.
Suffering is "borrowed abuse". We do not need to relive Jesus' suffering over and over again. Let it go. Then truly rejoice.
We do not have to 'sacrifice' a thing in order to love ourselves. That's 'bull' that has been past down through generations. It's a pure lie. It is not pure love and pure compassion. It is a 'stick' waiting to hit us, if we (through our own created rules for guilt) get out of line. You and only you are responsible for yourself. Please, don't hit yourself. Please don't abuse yourself. Remove this abuse now.
Realize that you are God and take responsibility for your creations, and then you will see why I feel that "God" would not suffer. I choose not to suffer. I am God also.
I stand, I do not kneel. Standing is not disrespectful. Standing is honoring that you have become what First Source taught you to become, Self-sufficient.
Allow yourself to be whatever you want to be. It really doesn't matter to me. That is not my job. It doesn't pay enough.

Interesting that you should post this today, as I bumped a thread yesterday that talks about "belief systems". See what you think. Is this the beginning of getting down to basics? Or...maybe the final frontier. LOL

1)It preaches/teaches absolute truth.
There is no such thing on the relative plane. There are provable and unprovable realities. Truth is relative and individually held. Truth may change as one gains experience and wisdom. What may have been true before, may not be true today based upon increased insight, experience and wisdom. Truth is whatever works for the individual to propel them toward higher realities of beingness. The ultimate reality in 3D – ALL IS ONE.
2)It presents life as a win/lose, good/bad, saved/lost proposition.
The goal of life is in the process of living, sharing, learning, creating. In other words, the goal is in living life to the fullest. There is no single goal or destination on or off this planet. Life always continues between and through periods of rest and activity, through form and formlessness.
3)It provides a man-like superhero/savior that is all determining and all necessary to find your ultimate destination.
Again, there is no goal or destination. Human life, at this time and on this planet, exists and expresses through an ongoing process of rest and activity (multiple incarnations). We are eternal in nature as ensouled beings. There is no way we can be lost in the process, nor do we need to be saved from anything that might impinge upon our soul. We are infinite beings. Mini source/creators capable of unlimited creative ability - individuated fragments of source/creator.
4)It discounts as false, anything and everything that does not support the belief system – especially when argued that the belief system was instituted by an infallible source (whether a book or an entity) as a matter of faith.
It is not for us to label or determine what is right or wrong for other individuals. People find and use their own tools or truth that compels them to identify and act. All is subjective in the area of belief, and thus, faith/belief cannot define nor determine what is true for all people. The key to true knowing is to become an exponent of reality by expanding and purifying awareness to map to all that is. At the highest states of being/consciousness/awareness, beliefs cease to exist - for all is encapsulated in beingness.
5)You look at people around you as either being closer or further from “truth” by how well the align or misalign with your truth. You look at others as good or bad, right or wrong, righteous or evil, saved or lost for all eternity based upon what they believe or fail to believe.
The most insidious/divisive byproduct of belief systems is the relative psychological disposition it confers upon its adherents that impels them to segregate themselves from those unlike them and moreover, to look at others unlike them as less than themselves, especially through the eyes of their created “god”. Looking at the history of continuous bloodshed on this planet, competing beliefs is ever near the core of all disharmony and contentiousness.

That's when you can really say I love Me.

You obviously dont have children. Do you even realise how hard it is grounding yourself to be able to explain life without placing burdens of beliefs upon them?
I AM does not work, Jesus doesnt work, the isms dont work unless you believe and its been passed down for generations.
Teach a child to read and look for answers within....no coaching allowed or its brainwashing.
I found myself...an agnostic saying to my child. The rat died (from Disney tale of Lady and the Tramp) and went to heaven (stars) and wasnt mean anymore because he now knew everything and wasnt afraid or frustrated anymore....he was kind because he no longer needed to be angry/sad. Kids dont understand dead.
WE dont understand dead and we never will. If we are dead and there is nothing....we dont exist anymore, so it wont matter. If there is an afterlife...we will know and our current lives wont matter...only the next. We dont set ourselves up for anything....we live doing what we can with what we know....to a greater or lesser degree. |

Why don't you go sing your tune in Iraq or Darfur, believe, puleeezz, who cares what people believe in or you for that matter, what it is won't change whether you choose to not believe it.
Your free for awhile and not by your choosing be certained of that, and while your feeling free you'll accredit it to some fair-fantazy you dreamed up while beating yourself in the shower, no friend, the truth remains with whatever you choose to believe. |

Of course it is different for children. But usually around the age of 5 or 6 for ones following the Christmas and Santa Claus bit, children find out in one way or another that there is no Santa. How do you think it feels when Santa is ripped out from beneath you at an early age? Much like it felt when God was ripped out from me at an elder age... no difference. An adjustment and acclimation period follows. Eventually you will find yourself self-sufficient as you have been taught to deny this in yourself. It's hard; it's tough; it's a bitch..... BUT, IT REALLY IS UP TO YOU! No God or Devil is controlling your moves or your destiny --- controlling your fate, yes -- but your destiny, no. For you will be and always have been in control of your destiny. You just had to drop the facade and the beliefs of others to find out.
As each day passes, you will become stronger and you will see that all things have purpose --- even the Santa, the God and the Devil; the masks that protected you until you were a complete and intelligent enough human being to STAND UP NOW.

I doubt it very much if anyone believes he can fly under his own power. I can fly in my dreams, however, and it FEELS like I'm flying with the wind against my face and seeing house rooftops from above the trees.
How do you suppose I can even imagine this and have the sensations of it being real? How do we know that our "real life" isn't also being "imagined" as in a dream, from within our mind?

I agree. Talking about this stuff is a stigma, caused by old belief systems. Propaganda has been perpetuated and sustained for too many years.
However, I may be talking propaganda as well. How do we KNOW?
The previous poster says that in real life we cannot fly. Yes, but how do we know that that, too, is just a belief that CAUSES us not to fly? Masters of old are said to have been able to levitate and to transcend space and time. Maybe those are just stories, but many many people believe Jesus walked on water and raised man from the dead.
They are able to suspend their beliefs about physics simply because they believe he was special, that his POWERS are attributed to being the Son of God. See how beliefs can change when given the "right" scenario? |
