If you want an MMO, Lord of the Rings Online is kickass. Otherwise I'd recommend the Orange Box (FPS) or Company of Heroes (RTS, best ever imo) depending on your taste. I still play Battlefield 2 and can't really get enough of it just yet. But w/ a better performing PC, I'd get a load of new games.. like Crysis. GTA IV is coming to the PC in November I believe.. or around that time. This is confirmed. [link to myspace.com]

If you liked Command and Conquer, def check out Company of Heroes. It has EXCELLENT online multiplayer, matches don't take hours to finish, tons of strategies, each faction plays rather differently, really just a great game.

bf2 isnt new, 2005..but still i play it here and there. Mostly play project reality mod for it, to bad the community is so small anymore for PR. Much improved gameplay over standard bf2.

Right now i play that and COD4, orange box mainly tf2. Silent hunter 4, some guild wars. Been lean the past couple of years on new PC titles, most developers jumped ship to the easier platforms to develop for, i.e. Consoles.

Mass Effect is a pretty new single player RPG, great game. Really not a ton of good PC games this year :-/ Though Spore comes out in a couple of weeks and Fallout 3 a few weeks after that.
