moon-like UFO in california

Has anyone seen unexplainable things in the sky that appear to look exactly like the moon? I have. One very late night my husband and I had come home from visiting friends when I noticed all the while driving, that the moon was very bright and full. It was directly overhead. when i got out of my car I felt compelled to look up and marvel at how beautiful the moon was that evening. As I am standing there a thought occurs to me- "Hey, the moon has already been in this exact location many hours ago! How could it still be here now?" No sooner did this thought appear when "whoosh" the damn thing took off like a bullet but stopped just south of it's location. When it stopped - it began to eminate others from itself. It appeared to be giving "birth" to more of itself - like cloning.
The many MOONS began to arrange themselves in formations and freeze, then break up. When they broke formation they all began to scatter and bounce around the sky as if they were children playing tag - then they would form into a shape again. Ever since that July night 14 years ago I am keenly aware of the moon and it's position in the sky. It will never be just a MOON again - but, a potential mind-blowing UFO event. This is no joke! I am a sane woman. A homemaker and mother. Has anyone seen anything like this?
