firstly, it is the case that poor and average people are lacking in the foresight required to become wealthy--that's why they are not wealthy. lacking in foresight is a major cognitive disfunction, posessed by 90% of humans. lack of foresight is essential to 1) comitting crime, and 2) being arrested. Therefore, this is the reason i would suggest it is only the poor who are tazed, if this is indeed the case, and it remains to be proven.

secondly, you are in fact ignorant of the socio-economic status of the individual in question. he is black, but you assume he must be black as poor people are supposed to be black huh? is that the way you think? the fact is, prior to tazing, the officer did not check up on the bank account details of the said tazee.
