Sadie, the thing is I get sucked in every time! I really thought I was having lunch with someone who I had a falling out with for a "greater good". but it turns out I misinterpreted the lunch invitation. I thought it was a "reconciliation" and I went enthusiastically. I later figured out that the lunch was engineered by a third person who wished to have things back as they were. I suppose the intention was good, but in the end I just felt used and trapped. So now I´m wondering how I am ever going to avoid this situation in the future. so yes, i feel i was drained of my lifeforce today. how to get it back and keep it??

tricky even when things are good between the
ones involved. I´m sure the strain is what
drained you.

It hit me last weekend but I continued to work through today. Drained and sore, flu-like symptoms, but I feel better staying busy. When I slow down, I just melt. The boss told me I have plenty of leave time and to stay home and rest for the next four days. I´m synchronized with mother earth and she´s feeling weary and pausing as well. Anyone else in this odd mode?

Not here, Sadie. I expect the coming weekend will do it though.

Sadie i´m with you. Things just aren´t going well. Christmas is going to be just another holiday. I have a good family and all of that, and a wonderful girlfriend, but i don´t know, i´ve just been in a ´mood funk´ (thanks for the term) lately. You aren´t alone.

Most of the office was slack except my area and I was running ragged all day. They helped, but it put me in a bad mood.
