Considering that Chows have the lowest intelligence rating of the top 100 breeds...that particular mix would just be a stunned meat-grinder.  I would like to know where you get your information, Better read up on Chows they are very intelligant. I know for I have one, very intelligant dog as smart as my last Lab., but independant, do not let that get mixed up for INTELLIGENCE !
