Is Russia and the US start to lob nukes to each other, I doubt it can only be confined to small tactical nukes. Most likely they will launch massive strikes. Count on it that every major city and important sites (such as ports and technology centers) in the USA, Russia and Europe will be hit by a nuclear warhead: New York, Washington, LA, Atlanta, Houston, London, Birmingham, Paris, Marseille, Amsterdam, Brussels, Berlin, Bonn, Warschau, Moskow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok etc. etc. etc.

At least a billion people will die in the first wave. Suppose you could survive the initial attack. It will be very hard to survive the nuclear winter, the radiation and the collapse of many civilizations.

Coming back after a week away is an interesting experience. The shift in perspective is quite instructive as we allow ourselves to look and feel with a freshness as we take in new sights, sounds, people and places. Three of us met in Calif and had very high level inner exchanges that involved codes connected to Southern France, Atlantis, Egypt and the new 13th Code which all of us will collectively embody through the Ascension process.

Yesterday AM--in a group Out Of Body --four of us here {Libby & Mark,Rama/Tara} shared a common experience, thanks to Dr Libby's excellent memory. We found ourselves in a pool of liquid {liquid Light/liquid love} water, on a plane or planet quite different than Earth here. It felt a lot like the special higher dimensional lake at Hesperus on Venus. As we were being energized and joyfully splashing and laughing as all fatigue and toxic loads were lifted, we got the idea of 'taking some of this home'. It took quite a bit of planning and coordination to accomplish but we arranged for a special transporter to bring a container of that liquid-love-water back to the New Jerusalem starship as a surprise gift to Capt Ashtar and the whole crew.

We went ahead and told Ashtar that we were going to surprise him with something quite fun, but kept the nature of the surprise a secret. As the transporter and cargo arrived we got the ship's computer to create an appropriate space to house this gift, which was then beamed aboard. This was accomplished and the crew began to experience the gift. Ashtar said that this was truly an exceptional and unprecedented gift that he and all the staff were enjoying. The liquid bathing removed all toxic buildups and rejuvenated all the cells so that the cells were ecstatically humming with joy and vitality.

To have such an experience at this point in our ascension process carried the realization of just how close we are to the ability to take our 'away-missions' to a new co-creative level of outrageous fun that benefits all concerned. Nice to know that aspects of us with which we are now re-integrating are already outpicturing the New Reality. The thinning of the veils and our DNA shift to crystalline structures is proceeding rapidly. The new codes and grids are present and being activated throughout the planet.

While this Out Of Body was a personal experience which only 4 of us shared, it is emblematic of millions of similar experiences occurring throughout the Lightworker collective...every night... as we are recharging our vehicles in what we call the sleep state. Another friend reported a 9 hour Out Of Body in which he was taken aboard an Amethyst planet-sized ship for cleansing and recalibration. That happened on Saturday night.

As we sat in our kitchen yesterday afternoon, fleshing out the remembrance of our group experience, several magenta-hued beings of great refinement popped in and ethericly came forward and blended their energies with ours. I saw and felt this directly merging with my heart-center. It brought tears to my eyes and required me to go lie down on my bed to integrate.

In other areas of activity: We listened to Valerie Plame speak twice this weekend. Firstly she was on Bob Edwards 1 hour NPR Saturday interview and then on Sunday, on 60 Minutes show. She went further than she has ever gone before in revealing what happened as a result of her outing as the head of CIA team of more than 100 agents. Those agents were immediately killed as their operational status was made available to foreign intelligence sources in various countries where they were on undercover assignment.

On 60 Minutes she indicated that there is much more to be revealed that will shock the public. We were told by KOS that when she reappeared--as happened this weekend--that Sibel Edmonds would be about to follow with even more serious revelations concerning the purposeful plotting of the 911 tragedy by US Administration heads, including Bush & Cheney.

Today, 8/18, is the deadline given by Putin for payment of $87 Billion into his bank account or he would take over the whole of Georgia including seizing of the oil pipeline. We are waiting to see what transpires in this highly explosive and dangerous situation. We do know that Bush will get some unpleasant surprises if he pushes his 'Georgia-puppet' Russian-Invasion agenda or fails to pay the agreed upon amount due to Putin under the secret Reagan financial program. Bush has lied and reneged at every point of this drama, and it hard to believe that he will actually pay-up by today's deadline. A very dangerous moment as the Bear is quite rilled up and not inclined to bluff. [Russian troops have not yet withdrawn]

Bankruptcies are increasingly looming up for many of the biggest banks and mortgage companies and the number of foreclosures is escalating daily. Food and Gas prices are also keeping tremendous pressure on individuals and businesses of all types.

The upcoming Democrat convention on 8/25 followed by 'Ron Paul's Surprise' on 9/2, followed by the Republican convention on 9/4, will certainly add more compression to the moment. Many rumors of a renewed Hillary intent to 'remove' Obama and reassert her grab for the Presidency along with similar rumors of McCain's 'replacement' reveal the depth to which the cabal will go to stay in control of our government.

Mother Sekhmet, Ashtar and other sources say that our present system of electoral determination is so flawed that it must be corrected before any honest election can be held. This indicates that the changes required are coming quite soon and will be quite extensive. Removal of the Cabal and NESARA's Announcement are the indicated next steps, along with massive decloakings to absolutely reveal the benign nature of the galactic presence filling our skies.

Then the truth of who we all are and the true history of our planet and its role must be revealed. We have a very short interval to bring upliftment opportunities to all planetary expressions. NESARA's provisions will do much to accomplish that goal. Victory is assured and all plans are proceeding perfectly.

The answer is NO WHERE.

You think the back woods of Montana will be safe? Hell no, there's a few hundred Minuteman silos in Montana, and North and South Dakota. Not to mention the midwest will be a wasteland too, there's only another few hunderd silos in places like Kansas, Missouri, Wyoming, Nebraska etc. Guess what, your the bulls eye.

And guess what happens when they try to nuke silos... They don't airburst over them like they do a city, they impact the ground to try and "dig" them out. That throws up millions of tons of radioactive fallout.

Anywhere near the silos is going to be like the 7th level of hell, but at least you'll die quick, the rest of us will suffer for days before we rot to death.

As far away form the major cities as you can get.

Then make sure your not near any military or air force base, any missle silo's, Major factories, nuclear power plants.

Then look for any small towns Out side of the Jet Stream across the country (this will carry radiation fall out and smoke and dust across the united states.

Once your out in the country get under ground an old storm or root cellar, Cave would be best but if you seal up the cellar pretty good that will be fine. Seal EVERY Window or door using old books or phone books for the cellar windows. Seal every crack.

No matter what you want a giegar counter and learn how to use it!

THen in your shelter store up to three months of provisions for yourself and your family also make sure you toilet. Usually since your out in the country. You'll be about to come out of there for very brief periods of time beginning six to eight weeks. Your main problem will be avoiding fall out! Thats where the gieger counter will come in.

NO MATTER WHAT do not venture near any HOT ZONES such as cities or places that have been hit. These will have lethal radiation doses for at least five to ten years.

There are many good sites out there on how to survive a Nuclear War. It is possible but you have to be really really read up on the subject.

An when your out in the country perfered 60 - 100 miles depending on the Warhead strength DO NOT LOOK AT THE BLAST.. It will burn out your rentas.

The best chance for survival is to shelter in place. Put as much mass between you and the outside as you can. Mass is the key. Doesn't matter what you use. Dirt, sand, concrete, boxes of old books. Anything. The more the better, between you and the fallout.

If you have enough mass, food and water, you can survive long enough until it's "safe" to come out. Though it will never be truly safe. Make sure you get a radiation detector, so you'll know when the rads outside drop to a "safe" level.

That only shows fallout for US targets. That map does not take into account all of the fall out blowing over the pacific from Russia, China, Japan, Korea etc... And there will be plenty of it to go around.
