What Country is Best if I need to Flee the USA

There is a "passport fair" at my local Post Office this weekend. I am married with two young children. What is the best country to flee to with a family if things start getting dangerous in a bad way here is the US. I'd want to go to a warm climate, a stable government and good prospects for raising a family.
Any recommendations?
