David Brock: Reptilian Shapeshifter?

I happened to be watching a BBC documentary called [The Power of Nightmares], and a guy called David Brock, who used to write for the pro neo-Con magazine [The American Spectator] (The magazine behind the infamous Arkansas Allegations involving the Clintons), was being interviewed about the political assassination attempt on Clinton in the late 90's.

Anyway, as Brock is placed under pressure, about the 'lies' he told about Clinton, I happened to notice subtle rows of serpentine scales appear on the upper right area of his forehead, which then begin to pulsate up and down. This happened several times throughout the interview.

I viewed the footage in slow motion several times over, to see if there was a glitch in the footage, but there was'nt. Even when he moves his head around, the scales appear in the exact same place!

The quality of the documentary is very poor on Google Video, so you can't see the 'shapeshift' properly. So, I recommend you download a better copy of the documentary on a Torrent site, or if you have a high quality copy, review it for yourself and see what you think.
