EMP will knock out almost all cars and all electronic devices not shielded(Faraday cage) from EMP...all cell phones, any medical or banking records unshielded on magnetic storage devices...lots of hospital equipment...computers....on and on it will go,until much of the current structure is severely compromised...and this will lead to greater instability
