And here comes the "Staff of God" right on time.

Stupid is having decadent weekends. When are the depraved people who celebrate decadence going to learn. When will they heed the hard lessons of God. |

ya'know....
if you guys/gals want to start a thread about decadence, or God's wrath or prophetic whatever.....would you do so?
It'd be nice to see just plain ol' suggestions and updates, and MAYBE even ways that others can help in planning or in any kind of aftermath!
Instead of worrying about God and his anger....can we just try to do something about WHAT WE CAN DO?
First things first.....
This thread appears to be pinned because there is good tracking information and alternatives in it. There are real people and real LIVES at stake here, whether GUSTAV hits Mexico, New Orleans, or Mobile.......
This country has been through this ONCE! Can we just pretend that we've learned and not have the same thing happen again?
How about we prepare?

One thing is for sure, Gustav is a Killer
Gustav blamed for 17 deaths:
MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Tropical Storm Gustav killed at least 17 people in the Caribbean as its squalls battered Haiti and the Dominican Republic, officials said.
A woman works in a street flooded by Tropical Storm Gustav on Wednesday in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
Tropical Storm Gustav has been blamed for at least 17 deaths on the island of Hispaniola.
Forecasters warned Gustav, which was a Category 1 hurricane when it made landfall in Haiti on Tuesday, is likely to regain hurricane intensity.
The forecast shows Gustav entering the Gulf of Mexico on Saturday or Sunday as a Category 3 hurricane, with maximum sustained winds of at least 111 mph (179 kph). However, hurricane movements are erratic, and long-range forecasts are subject to change.
Pinchinat Pierre Louis, deputy director of Haiti's Civil Protection Directorate, said nine people were killed in the storm and another person was missing. There were unconfirmed reports of other deaths, including at least one man killed in a landslide, he said.
A mudslide in the Dominican Republic killed eight people, according to Col. Juan Manuel Mendez, the nation's director of emergency operations. The landslide happened in the Guachupita neighborhood in Santo Domingo, officials said. Quoting: Free Store. |

Right, but how does this translate to if a hurricane strikes New Orleans that you somehow know that this is a divine act of God versus a natural occurrence?
More specifically as per the Bible one can argue that evil occurs in all major cities in the US and certainly smaller ones.
So if one states that NO's getting hit by a cane is do to their evil behavior then why would all major cities not be hit by some kind of disaster.
Las Vegas for example is arguably the worst city in the country and this has no gotten any kind of large natural disaster that I can remember. |

As I pointed out in my initial post. The timing of a hurricane with the name "Staff of God" striking at the time of Weekend of Decadence carries a message which to a believer. It happened the same way when Katrina hit at the time of the Decadent Weekend. When will evil people wake up and understand? Ever? |
