I am already hearing it today, the media outlets are calling this Katrina II. Models are pointing to New Orleans as a possible direct hit or Mobile Alabama hit early this Monday. Most media outlets will abandon Minneapolis/St. Paul for NO what will the Reps do? |

Everyone should panic and head for the superdome. Instill fear into every resident. Show them images of Katrina and how Gustav will be worse. Close down Albertsons to short the food supply. Make this known before landfall. Power outages to ATMs before landfall should help the panic also.
They might also want to emphasize the point that they will all perish from this storm, even if it's not true. |

Although, there's a 1/3 chance the hurricane won't even hit within the CONE, much less a specific city within the cone. |

Well, it appears our African-American friends have found yet something
else to be pissed about. A black congresswoman (this would be Sheila
Jackson Lee, of Houston ), reportedly complained that the names of
hurricanes are all Caucasian sounding names.
She would prefer some names that reflect African-American culture such
as Chamiqua, Tanisha, Woeisha, Shaqueal, and Jamal. I am NOT making this
up!
She would also like the weather reports to be broadcast in 'language'
that street people can understand because one of the problems that
happened in New Orleans was, that black people couldn't understand the
seriousness of the situation, due to the racially biased language of the
weather report.
I guess if the weather person says that the winds are going to blow at
140+ MPH, thats too hard to understand

If the garbage US models are predicting a NOLA hit 4 days out, that's the safest place you could possibly be.
