Gustav and Other Evidence of Weather Control

In previous hurricanes like Ivan, geometric shapes were observed in the eye of the storm. One such shape with Ivan was a pentagon-shaped opening in the eye:

Fig. 1 - These shapes defy circular vortex theory. Water going down a drain or toilet always has a circular vortex.

Fig. 2 – Now a square depression is visible in Ivan’s eye with this satellite image.

I began examining Floaters (NOAA’s name for storms without a name) and Gustav images from NOAA to see what might be present. I found more disturbing evidence of some form of storm or weather control taking place. Evidence of this is illustrated in the following satellite images.

These images are completely un-enhanced except for graphic notations added by myself for clarity. Dates and times are shown in each image.

Fig 3 - Here is what NOAA defines as a “Floater,” identified as 08L. White speckled area is usually caused by image sensor saturation. Here is the first observation – 8:15 UTC (Same as London or GMT time) is 3:15AM EST, which is the approximate the time zone where this image was taken. There would be no sunlight present at this location at that hour to cause image sensor saturation. Note saturated white banding across top of storm.

This is a VISIBLE image, not infrared according to NOAA. Slight counter-clockwise rotation of the Floater is now visible.

Fig 4 – In this image taken just 30 minutes later the saturation is increasing. There is some form of radiation causing this illumination. This is also not an infrared image, but a visible image according to NOAA.

For unknown reasons, two images representing one hour of the storm’s progression are missing between Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.

Fig. 5 – A sudden, dramatic and detailed change in the imaging is visible here. Weather control technology has apparently been used. Here we see at least FOUR weather control contact points, but there could be others. Each area is roughly rectangular and all of these areas are equally spaced around Floater O8L. This cannot be a coincidence.

All enlargements shown are exactly 200%. Blue circle indicates the eye of the developing storm. Three red circled areas are all oriented at exactly the same angle.

This form of weather control is quite different and less obvious than Ivan. It may also provide finer control of the storm for steering and developing it than just targeting the storm’s eye.

Fig. 6 – Thirty minutes after the Fig. 5 image was taken we see that the four contact points for weather control have virtually disappeared. I believe that these contact points were most likely created by a satellite to act as storm “seeds.” The two dark points in the blue are moving apart (compare to Fig. 5) just 30 minutes after the weather control event. The Floater is becoming more concentrated than the Fig. 4 image taken just two hours earlier.

Fig. 7 – The storm continues to evolve as the weather control points continue to dissipate. The two dark contact points in the blue circle have filled in and are now further apart, just one hour after the weather control event.

Fig. 8 – Gustav storm (Floater) as seen just before weather control event. Note how the floater is illuminated similar to the other storm was – but this image was taken well after dawn in the Atlantic. East is to the right in this image, and one would expect that side of the storm to be brighter than the westward side if the Sun is the light source.

Fig. 9 – Only 30 minutes after the image in Fig. 8 was taken, suddenly clear details of the storm are now visible showing three possible Gustav weather control points, almost all equally spaced. There may be other points of contact. In the enlargements, note the similarity of the top and bottom rectangular areas. Like Floater 08L, again we see rectangular areas oriented the same as those in Fig. 5.

Fig. 10 – Just 30 min. after the weather control event, almost all evidence that it ever took place is gone, but now a large rectangular area is present in the lower right corner of the image (red circled area) which wasn’t visible just 30 minutes before (Fig. 9.)

If Floater 08L and Gustav are the same storm front, then we see two attempts of weather control on Gustav and not one. I could not conclusively find evidence that both Floaters are Gustav.

The implications of weather control gone wrong are horrific when people die and property is destroyed. All this just to prove weather control technology works? This is madness. In order for the Pentagon to control the world’s weather in a few years as they have boldly promised, weather control experiments to refine the technology will have to be underway now. Ivan, Katrina, Gustav and Floater 08L appear to provide evidence of at least several such attempts.
