And that's just one small example but too much already for someone who just woke up.

Showing a driver's license, or having a license plate on the bus / car is direct evidence you are a state employee and that is a state vehicle. Government employees do not have the same protections as free men on the land. Thats why they don't need a warrant. I know "everyone" has to get those things but I'm just telling you that hows they bypass search warrants on your car and house.
