The above questions make empathy sound like a bad thing, a depressing thing. Actually I've found that sensitivity is the best gift we have from our Creator, and a rare one that isn't appreciated by many others. It takes a lot of forgiveness of others -- they know not what they do -- and loving and acceptance of yourself. Embrace your sensitivity and empathy, and treat yourself with the loving respect that no one else will, because they don't understand. Recharge your batteries by being out in nature, or prayer, or meditation, or reading, or surrounding yourself with crystals or plants or animals .... whatever works for you. Being empathic is a gift, and I believe those of us who survive will need it in the future to assist those surviving humans who don't handle the Earth Changes well. Be kind to yourself.
