So many of the kids in my city that I see waiting for the school bus look more like they are going to a gang meeting than to school. It's a pretty scary vision of the future.

I hold the parents responsible. The government is not here to raise our kids. We've been brainwashed into thinking that we have no responsibility for our children's education but the truth is that the primary responsibility for a child's education lies with the parents.
