Well it was said they only needed 8 feet of storm surge in a couple of places. Of course if it breaks the standard GLP take will be that the Jews blew up the levees.

all major news outlets are reporting levees are being topped.... also, there are some vessels that are loose in the industrial canal that can puncture the levee's, just like 3 years ago with katrina (some reports said barges punched holes in levees, others reported explosions). and the hurricane hasn't even made landfall yet....
