I think is is foolish to even try to guess its "track" at this stage of the game...once it gets into the Gulf propper, maybe its destination might be track-able... but a cat 4 is not likely to be bothered by what cuba offers as resistance

Ike will be South of NHC's track and be crossing a flat area. As I will put on my next update, the Eye-Wall Replacement Cycle is happening and noted from expanding wind fields. This will make the eye larger and if it does, Ike may draw more from the water than over Cuba as it grows in size, maintaining a high intensity even over land.

Man, Ike has all the "favorable conditions to actually become a Cat 5... I still wont try to predict where it will for sure go, which we need to find out soon because I believe it will intensify right before landfall... To a Cat 5... Peace
