Anonymous Coward User ID: 469631 United States 09/04/2008 06:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	help, ive been kicked out of my parents house, i have no where do go. my step mom kicked me out of the house after she found me looking at porn on the internet last night. last week she found a bong under my bed. she flipped out and was yelling at me, slapped me a few times said i can't ever come back, my dad did nothing, was i tried to talk to him he ignored me. she's crazy and has some kind of power over him. im 18 years old and just started my last high of high school in a new city. i missed school today and dont think im going back. i slept on a park bench last night and am on the internet from a library. i have 80 dollars to my name and a backpack with some clothes. i dont know anyone in this city nor do i have family here or elsewhere(distant family i barely know overseas) i dont know what to do and im pretty scared

I moved out of my house when I was 16. Delivered papers, and worked in a truck stop, mowed lawns and kept an apartment. Joined the Nave and spent 20 years in the military. Never regretted any of it.

Maybe you could find shelter in the back yard and garage, and they might feel sorry for you and let you back in the house. No kidding, I'd hang around on the porch or the driveway or the yard all night and all day until they let you back in. Stay in the neighborhood, on the neighbor's porch. Knock on the neighbor's door and say "My parents won't let me in the house. Can you put me up? I'm hungry and scared and don't know what to do." Let everyone up and down the street know you don't have a place to stay and keep hanging out there, be homeless right in their face, not out of sight in a park or elsewhere where they can just forget about you.

Job Corps is also an option if you have one in your area. Or buy a tent and find some place to pitch it. Apply for food stamps.

The only thing better than smoking pot and jerking to porn is traveling...and doing the same thing someplace else. 'Cept instead of porn, actually fucking random euro chicks. Oh and eating...eating is good too. So yeah, get a job, a place to live, jerk off a lot, maybe get a girlfriend if you can afford the tylenol (for your headaches), and smoke up too.
