He is a few decades late on that when they started bussing in cleveland when I was in the 3rd grade they closed all the schools close and bussed us 45-60 min away.
I went to school across the street from my house and everyone that went there lived about a 15 min walk away. All bussing did was ruin neighborhoods and increase school costs. |

There shouldn't be "white schools" and "black schools" - just schools.
Desegregation was ages ago. Busing has already been put into practice.
Also, the federal government needs to get out of the "school" business altogether. That belongs with state and local government. Sick of this Big Brother - let me run your life crap from federal a-holes who think they know what's best for our kids. |

My Observation on this from being in the Boston area, Scetion-8 (free housing) gets built, within ten year the housing has been completely trashed by the residents as they have no respect or appreciation for the property. We see a rotating construction and reconstruction of these facilities because basically these people behave like animals. The same thing happenns in the schools in these areas, once again these people have no respect for things that are not theirs so they trash them.
We need to teach them self respect and respect for other people property, when they can display those characteristics, then work on integration. |

i wouldnt want my kids bussed out to neighborhoods where the population chooses to be uneducated enough to get a decent enough job to spend some money on their houses, kids, and everything... duh...
i dont want my kid hanging around with poor people all day
when he is supposed to be learning about how to earn a good living and be prosperous and strive for a nice median level of comfort

now, i have been poor most my life
but i never lived in a slum
my mother taught me decency
and i never had to fear my neighborhood
raising my kids, i would always look for
the highest end of my low end neighborhoods to live
i would spend an extra 200 bucks on rent so i would not
have to live next to the drugged out lazy poor ass savages... and yeah, they are... white black brown red yellow - what have you!
the last time i had to worry about decent housing
(cause now i manifest large houses and nice neighborhoods with ease and comfort)
i made it just inside the school district line
to get my kids sent to school
with the kids who actually lived in HOUSES
and not the tiny ass slum houses like on the other side of town
but near where the horse ranchers still had horse property within the city... people who cared about their standard of living and not their next lay or drug deal....
it was nice
and i did spend extra money to live there -
those idiots across the way spent that same 200 on excessive drug use and shit...
yuck
it is not about black and white
it is about who cares enough about themselves
to provide for themselves
a decent comfort level
lifestyle
meaningful interactions with the community
and a lot of hygiene |

What decade do you live in? Most schools are integrated to some degree now. There are no "black schools". |

I agree with you, AC481329
The problem with "black schools" is not that there aren't enough whites in them. The problem is that the children who attend "black schools" are not taught anything useful.
For instance, how about teaching the principles of investing, saving and leveraging dollars? Most of these kids will never achieve even the middle class, much less become rich, because they aren't taught the right stuff.
We need more real-world useful knowledge being taught in all of our public schools regardless of the demographics, and we need less shit like 'humanities' being shoved down their throat. |
