No death??? hmmmm does that mean no life as bodily life? Thats my take from it anyways. Well may the spirit live forevermore amen!

It means that people will come to know that we are immortal.

The Power of Sin is the Law

"I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet.

For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory."

"Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?" The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 1 Corinthians 15:50-60

Lotus
 Quoting: Lotus Feet

Paul was talking to the "little flock" of 144,000 who were invited to heaven, not the "other sheep" who will inherit the earth" Jo10:16. Only those who went to heaven were granted immortality. "until the manifestation of our Lord Jesus Christ.... the King of those who rule as kings and Lord of those who rule as lords, 16 the one alone having immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom not one of men has seen or can see. To him be honor and might everlasting. 1Ti6:14 Prior to resurrecting the 144,000 to spirit life in heaven, no one except Jesus was granted immortality.
Do you think Jesus would have come to earth and provided the ransom sacrafice if mankind was immortal?

Re: What will life be like during the 1,000 year reign of Christ?
Jesus said: "Behold".

And now I look upon the earth, the earth which was dry and bare and cracked was now coming to life. Wee plants were coming out of the earth through the cracks and reaching heavenward as if being drawn up by the Hand of GOD. Flowers were being re-born more colorful and bright than before. They were swaying to and fro and bowing down to their Creator. I hear birds singing and rejoicing, and you know what was so beautiful? It sounded like the rocks were rejoicing when the wind was blowing through them. Even the wind blowing through the rocks is making a joyful sound. The tall grasses are greener. I see small animals, rabbits and squirrels to name a few. There are chipmunks and raccoons and all kinds of small animals running and playing tag. I see pure white lambs and their "baa"s are joyful. And they, too, are playing with one another. All around I am surrounded with such beauty.

And JESUS said: "Look up and tell them what you see"

I see a new sky, bluer and purer than ever before with pure white, fluffy clouds and an eagle flying overhead calling out to all GOD's creation. I stood there and I said, "Wow!" I see a beautiful white dove and it stopped in the middle of the sky and spread its wings out as far as they would go in both directions (from East to West). This golden light shines forth from each feather and its shining down upon the earth from the East to the West, from the right to the left and down below its body - all this is like - you know how the wings tip up? Its like an arc of light radiating. And the light from the HOLY SPIRIT is the Peace of GOD touching every part of the earth. The dove (HOLY SPIRIT) is suspended in the sky. It is magnificent -- so pure, so holy.

And the LORD said: "Look."

And the LORD showed me the water of a vast lake and it was sparkling and pure and seemed to shimmer and below the water were fish of all sizes.

And the LORD said: "Now there is plenty for all."

And JESUS said: "Look."

And JESUS waved His Arms toward a huge field filled with wheat so golden and pure.

JESUS: "This is the field of plenty. No one will ever go hungry again."

I turned and I looked because I heard laughter and I saw many people dancing and laughing, waving the wheat in thanksgiving to the Father of Creation. I never saw such
happiness and such peacefullness on anybody's faces as on the faces of these people. They were truly, truly happy and so at peace. I then saw a huge buck deer with a head of antlers spreading out as a crown upon its head, standing
over its herd. He is magnificent.

Then GOD spoke: "There is now plenty for My people, saith the Lord GOD from Heaven."

Then JESUS spoke: "Behold!"

And pointed His Arm from one corner of the earth to the other. And I saw such beauty and I saw such peace and joy over the earth.

Then JESUS spoke: "Look."

And I looked where JESUS was pointing. And I saw children laughing and playing and running all around. Some were running through a stream. And I saw their mothers laughing, and I heard their fathers laugh, also. I looked and saw such
magnificent trees with lush green leaves and huge limbs. Some of the older children are up in the trees, laughing; some hanging by the backs of their knees. There is no fear, I suddenly realized. Only peace, joy, love and such purity. And I saw Angels watching over every one. The Angels are so tall, with white, flowing garments.

And I saw a small little child, a toddler just learning how to walk, who toddled over to his Angel and he grabbed onto the Angel's tunic and leg and looked up at his Angel and smiled. And the Angel was looking down and smiling at the child as it clung to the white tunic and leg of the Angel.

JESUS SPOKE: "Behold."

And I looked and saw that it was night. But the sky was alight with millions and billions and billions of brilliant, shining stars.

Then JESUS said: "Look deep into the stars"

And I looked. And behold I saw my Papa GOD sitting down on His throne looking down on all His creation and I knew He was well pleased. And I fell prostrate to my knees, bowing my head to the ground, for no man looks upon the Father
GOD.

I will be glad when we have a King to rule our world with righteousness. This world has had evil brute force rule and injustice for long enough, May Jesus come soon.
There will be no more Palistinian crap. Secular Isreal will be no more. No more dollar peg and no more USA empire causing wars in other lands. We will see healing- in our bodies as we live for centuries, and in our hearts as we shall finally have the WAY- there will be no dispute over how things should be and should not. There will be no fear of terror or crime, the animals will not be afraid of us.
No one will go hungry or homeless (like our friend Jackinthebox). There will be no more hate and all will be free.

Nope.  Also, every priest takes his station from day to day to render public service and to offer the same sacrifices often, as these are at no time able to take sins away completely. 12 But this [man] offered one sacrifice for sins perpetually and sat down at the right hand of God, 13 from then on awaiting until his enemies should be placed as a stool for his feet." He didn't begin his 1,000 year reign until the Gentile times ended in 1914 then.... "And war broke out in heaven: Mi′cha‧el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him." Rv12:7 That was the beginning of the last days.

Really now Lotus my friend... if we are immortal, why didn't Jesus know it before he came down to provide the ransom sacrifice for salvation? "“For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent forth his Son into the world, not for him to judge the world, but for the world to be saved through him. 18 He that exercises faith in him is not to be judged. He that does not exercise faith has been judged already, because he has not exercised faith in the name of the only-begotten Son of God. 19 Now this is the basis for judgment, that the light has come into the world but men have loved the darkness rather than the light, for their works were wicked. 20 For he that practices vile things hates the light and does not come to the light, in order that his works may not be reproved. 21 But he that does what is true comes to the light, in order that his works may be made manifest as having been worked in harmony with God."  Quoting: Anonymous Coward 415581

". He kindly forgave us all our trespasses 14 and blotted out the handwritten document against us, which consisted of decrees and which was in opposition to us; and He has taken it out of the way by nailing it to the torture stake. 15 Stripping the governments and the authorities bare, he exhibited them in open public as conquered, leading them in a triumphal procession by means of it.
16 Therefore let no man judge YOU in eating and drinking or in respect of a festival or of an observance of the new moon or of a sabbath; 17 for those things are a shadow of the things to come, but the reality belongs to the Christ. 18 Let no man deprive YOU of the prize..." Col2:13.
I havn't seen the video yet but... "Let us therefore do our utmost to enter into that rest, for fear anyone should fall in the same pattern of disobedience. 12 For the word of God is alive and exerts power and is sharper than any two-edged sword and pierces even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and of joints and [their] marrow, and [is] able to discern thoughts and intentions of [the] heart. 13 And there is not a creation that is not manifest to his sight, but all things are naked and openly exposed to the eyes of him with whom we have an accounting."  Quoting: IC Blue 584197

Here's a serious suggestion.... "And many false prophets will arise and mislead many;  and because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off.  But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved.  And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come. Mt24:12
Because of that it's important our beliefs are accurate. "2 I therefore exhort, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, offerings of thanks, be made concerning all sorts of men, 2 concerning kings and all those who are in high station; in order that we may go on leading a calm and quiet life with full godly devotion and seriousness. 3 This is fine and acceptable in the sight of our Savior, God, 4 whose will is that all sorts of men should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth. 1Ti2:1

The former things have passed away". Rv21:1-4
"Man has dominated man to his injury" during Satan's reign of terror, God's kingdom will give back all that Satan takes away. This is the ultimate inheritence for our children.

Thanks DGN for enlightning us as to where the term "Stakes of Zion" comes from. Stakes help keep the tent up and are a integral part of the true church.

No weeds or thorns will grow, and the ordinance of animal sacrifice will be restored and practiced during the Millenium

If death will be no more, why would there be animal sacrifice? Also, no mourning or outcry. I'd be mourning and outcrying if there were animal sacrifice. Oh dear, I really hope there will be no animal sacrifice!

Animal sacrifices were only a temporary way to pay a 'price' for forgigness of sins. Since animals were part of Isreal's livelihood, sin was costly (and somebody usually get hurt). However Jesus ransom sacrifice ended the Levitical law... "My little children, I am writing YOU these things that YOU may not commit a sin. And yet, if anyone does commit a sin, we have a helper with the Father, Jesus Christ, a righteous one. 2 And he is a propitiatory sacrifice for our sins, yet not for ours only but also for the whole world’s. 3 And by this we have the knowledge that we have come to know him, namely, if we continue observing his commandments." 1Jo2:1

Yes because human kings have a history of sacrificing their subjects for their own wealth and power, Jesus is the only king that sacrificed himself for everyone's benifit.

Yeah, courage conqueres fear at last. "When he saw the crowds he went up into the mountain; and after he sat down his disciples came to him; 2 and he opened his mouth and began teaching them, saying:

3 “Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need, since the kingdom of the heavens belongs to them.

4 “Happy are those who mourn, since they will be comforted.

5 “Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth.

6 “Happy are those hungering and thirsting for righteousness, since they will be filled.

7 “Happy are the merciful, since they will be shown mercy.

8 “Happy are the pure in heart, since they will see God.

9 “Happy are the peaceable, since they will be called ‘sons of God.’

10 “Happy are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, since the kingdom of the heavens belongs to them.

11 “Happy are YOU when people reproach YOU and persecute YOU and lyingly say every sort of wicked thing against YOU for my sake. 12 Rejoice and leap for joy, since YOUR reward is great in the heavens; for in that way they persecuted the prophets prior to YOU.

13 “YOU are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its strength, how will its saltness be restored?" Mt5:1
